Chef Gideon brings over 40 years of extensive hospitality, food & beverage, and culinary experience. Chef Gideon oversees the resort’s complete culinary program.Prior to joining the JW Marriot Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, he has served as an Executive Chef at some top Hotels & Resorts such as the Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa in Maryland as well as Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa. Most recently, he joins us from Live! Casino and Hotel in Washington D.C. where he served as Executive Chef for over 2 years. Over the course of his career, Chef Bill has had the honor of serving many celebrities and politicians, and even owned his own restaurant in Western Massachusetts. Additionally, he has been nominated for several prestigious culinary awards including the James Beard foundation for Top Hotel Chef.
